Wheel of Time Costume Articles Updated

These last few weeks I've been working on updating the two large Wheel of Time costume articles with information from Robert Jordan's notes. Some nations had significant additions--including Altara, Ghealdan, Illian, Malkier, Saldaea and Sea Folk.
